Avery Kallman, Copy Editor

Avery Kallman is a senior at GHS and in her first year in yearbook. She serves as the copy editor. She is involved in yearbook because she feels it is important for these memories to be remembered as well as giving a voice to those who may feel like they don’t have one. Outside of yearbook, she plays volleyball, basketball, enjoys listening to lots of music and hanging with friends and family.

DRAGON POWER Before the volleyball team took on Millard South, Josie Mason (21) is recognized on senior night along side her parents and the rest of the seniors. "I have been playing volleyball since 2nd grade and played multiple sports growing up which I think benefited me now," Mason said. "I was able to learn time management and some important life skills through these activities." Mason is keeping her options open and is currently undecided.

"The best part of getting a kill is when my teammates are in my ear after screaming and cheering me on." Russell has been on varsity since sophomore year.
