Savannah Andrews, People Editor

Savannah Andrews is a junior at GHS and in her second year in The Dragon Staff. She serves as a People Editor. She is involved in journalism because she enjoys using her skills of writing and design to create something amazing. Her favorite pieces to write are Sports and Feature. Outside of journalism, she loves soccer, watching criminal minds, and bullet journaling. She is involved in school and club soccer.

CONCESSIONS GIRLS While the football team competes against Pius X during Homecoming week, Kinley Riesselman (22) and Allison Meerian (22) work in the concession stand for the National Honor Society. “I have already completed all my hours,” Meerian said. “My favorite was doing the football concessions with my friends.” Many students completed all volunteer hours in the fall.

DRAGON POWER Before the volleyball team took on Millard South, Josie Mason (21) is recognized on senior night along side her parents and the rest of the seniors. "I have been playing volleyball since 2nd grade and played multiple sports growing up which I think benefited me now," Mason said. "I was able to learn time management and some important life skills through these activities." Mason is keeping her options open and is currently undecided.

Return to the Mat- TJ Huber (12) comes back from his leg injury.“The season went well, but I was bummed that I couldn’t wrestle the first part,” Huber said. “I learned to be happy while I could support the team on the side at meets and help out a little at practice with the young guys.” Huber ended up heading to the state semifinals and placing.
