As students get creative: for their last project, many of them explore the techniques they had learned throughout the semester. Ive learned a variety of techniques and mediums, Ansley Connely (21) said. That I never would have done outside of class like paper curling.

Logistics: Help was needed to make the morning run smoothly. I helped out because I wanted to help people get their Christmas presents, Ansley Connolly (21) said. Its just a fun time, this is my fourth year doing it, so I thought I would do it one more time. Connolly helped with different things all morning.

Creative With Color 
Working on the sketchbook project during class, Basic Art student Molly Boker (23) colors leaves that she drew. “The sketchbooks are for everyone to create their own ideas based off a small prompt like the 3 cartoon/animations and make them scary and ugly sketchbook,” Boker (23) said. “My favorite sketchbook so far is drawings about food and the 3 things we’re excited about for fall.” Four sketchbook projects have been assigned.

Searching for Caches: Hailey Wojtas (22) is searching for a geocache on the back side of Salon DeMarco Suites. Sometimes finding a geocache can be really difficult, Wojtas said. When theyre small, theyre often placed in hard to reach areas such as in trees, gutters and bushes. When searching for a geocache, participants must be very observant in the area(s) they are searching for the cache in so that they do not miss out on discovering it.
