GHS Hosts District Track Meet

Gretna High School hosted the District A1 track meet on May 7. The day-long event brought in competitors from across the metropolitan area.

Mary Jane Kushiner is a sophomore at GHS and this is her first year with Gretna Media. She serves as a reporter. She is interested in journalism because she loves writing and reporting. Her favorite thing to write are feature stories. Besides being in journalism she likes to read and spend time outdoors.

Karleigh North, Yearbook Editor in Chief
Karleigh North is a senior at GHS and is a second year editor-in-chief of the Dragon yearbook. She enjoys being in journalism because she gets to interact with new people and cover unique stories. Her favorite things to do are design pages and take photos. Outside of journalism she loves watching sports, spending time with friends, traveling and fashion.
