    WINGS AND STUFF As a member of the Pro-Start class, junior Gavin Gragert’s food truck was called Wings and Stuff and featured fried pickles. “I messed up a little bit,”Gragert said “I breaded them yesterday and they sat out, so the breading soaked in. They won’t be as crispy.”
    Frying the Competition
    Stones frequently plays with the kids and helps them with their school work. “My favorite part is being with the kids because they’re all so fun and I really enjoy spending time with them,” Stones said. She is in the ACC room every day during fifth hour.

Me, having an interest in the medical field, wanted to have that same opportunity.” Daffer (20) said.” A few pieces of advice I would give to someone interested in the UNMC High School Alliance would be learning how you study best, apply early, get comfy with driving a lot and learn how to manage your time. UNMC is challenging, but you will get out only as much as put in.”

    Kierstin Gay is a junior at Gretna High School, it is her second year on the yearbook program. She is a yearbook photographer and designer. She's part of the yearbook because she wants the experience and loves the energy. Her favorite events to photograph are football and general things going on around school. Outside of school she likes to have time to herself but occasionally hangs out with friends.
