Touring the KETV News Station, the seniors in the journalism program gather around the news table. “Journalism has taught me several things,” Isabel Mancilla (20) said. “Like how much I hate the phrase, a lot, but if anything it’s taught me how to really get out there and talk to people instead of being too anxious to.” Mancilla was in newspaper for three years.

The editors in chief of the Voice newspaper, the Dragon yearbook, the Vanguard magazine, GNN broadcast channel, and GretnaMedia website share what they have learned over the year while creating content for their publications.
