At the Xcel Energy Center in Saint Paul, Minnesota, Miranda Parkinson (21) is  attending a Harry Styles concert. I was planning on going to another Harry Styles concert in July at the Xcel Energy Center, Parkinson said. Im worried that if it is postponed, it will be rescheduled to a time that I cant go. As of right now, Harry Styles is still planning on preforming at the Xcel Energy Center on July 19.
